iPhone XS Max iOS 14.2 Other System Data problems

This is absolutely ridiculous I have tried everything under the sun I’ve found researching to correct this problem Apple why is my other system data eating my storage? Spare me on the whole it will fix itself or update and that will fix it I can’t update because every time I free up the space Apple eats that storage too. I don’t want to manufacture restore the phone because all of my stuff is refusing to go into my iCloud every time I try to do a backup on a computer it says something is corrupt and it won’t finish. I know Apple is good for destroying phones by slowing them down snd doing things to them when new ones are released. Surprise surprise this took over my phone at the launch of the 12. I refuse to buy a new phone because this one will be paid off next month. Sometimes I can’t even get my phone to go any further than the moment I type in the unlock code. It will unlock the a dial appears on the screen and it starts spinning in circles. Something has to give. Seems to me that Apple owes me a new phone. This phone has been number but trouble since day one. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know how to fix it? If this was an Android I could’ve fixed it in 2 seconds flat but it’s not. No one knows how to work on Apple except Apple. The cost to repair: your first born. Do better Apple. I really was going to purchase the iPhone 12 pro when it was released but then I started having problem after problem with Apple products I am highly upset about this and Apple won’t get anymore of my money. Then again, what they did to Parler, they definitely won’t see another penny from me. Let’s fix this issues 🤯
