Battery problem for iOS 14.3 version

Updated IOS 14.3 version, before my battery is 90% health . but now is 88% health ,the IOS 14.3 version destroys my battery, and I'm already change my battery in 2020. I want to downgrade back to IOS 14.2 but there's no channel how to fix problems it???

We understand you are concerned about your maximum capacity percentage for the battery and we're happy to help. A maximum capacity of 88 percent means that your iPhone holds 88 percent of its capacity related to when it was new. Your battery starts at 100 percent when first activated and will have lower capacity as the battery chemically ages which may result in fewer hours of usage between charges.
