Hello. The phone is brand new, cable also, charger 18W also new and genuine. My iPhone wont charge over 81%. I deactivated the charging optimization but no change. The problem persists. Any ideas?

Restart the device.
Optimize Charging is supposed to keep it at 80%.
I deactivated the battery optimization...
i tried even hard reset. No succes.
Up...
I joined the beta program for iOS 14.4.
I updated the iOS but still no change 😔
