iphone won’t charge past 80%

i updated my iphone 12 pro max ios to 14.5.1 and since then i cannot charge my phone to 100% it always stops charging at 80. i have tried to reset my settings, turn off optimized battery charging but nothing works. are you also experiencing these? do you have a possible solution?

My iPhone is not charging beyond 80%. I am using iphoneX since 2017. recently my iPhone is not charging beyond 80%. I saw the suggestions in your site and as you suggested I put I phone in cool place only even though it is not charging beyond 80.can please tell me where the problem is?? After summer will it again charges full 100%?? Or is there any hardware issue??

If you turned off optimized charging and issue is there yet, you should have your phone checked by an Apple Center.
