How to combine two Thunderbolt ports for a single port on the Mac

I have a Macbook Air (2015) with a Thunderbolt port. To this port is hooked up an external monitor.

In order to use Ethernet, I've had to get buy a Thunderbolt Adapter for Ethernet / LAN.

Now the problem is, I have one Thunderbolt port on the Mac, but need 2 ports.

Does Apple offer a device that offers 2 Thunderbolt ports into which I can plug these devices, with a single output I then plug into the Thunderbolt port of the Mac?

Why not use a USB to Ethernet adapter? I don't know if Apple has one but there seem to be plenty of others.

Thunderbolt 2, that your MBA has, was ephemeral and nobody has the kind of thing you need to do what you want to do anymore.
