System CPU is overloaded
On my mid 2020 MacBook Pro 8 core 16gb of ram in activity monitor it shows my system CPU percentage as red. Is that ok?

Red is System at under 5 percent
Blue is User, at under an additional ten percent
Black is idle and a remaining 84.57 percent.
that is NOT overwhelmed at all.
But if your Mac is idle, those numbers suggest you have too much stuff running in the background, such as third-party anti-virus, dropbox or other non-Mac native file-syncers, or Chrome Browser, a notorious resource hog even when idle.
