Lock screen camera glitch (Iphone SE 2020)

Hey guys, I would like some help on an issue

When I take a photo in the lock screen camera , then return to the home screen ,the animations become choppy and laggy , battery starts draining fast and phone gets extremely hot

The phone is fine after restart , but problem occurs again after a week or two .Can anyone suggest a fix as soon as possible.

Thanks for replying

I have already tried the tips provided in these articles, such as monitoring battery health (currently at 99%) , monitoring charging(always keep it from 40-80) etc... but problem keeps recurring
