Reminders on iPhone are no longer syncing with Mac Pro...

I have a Mac Pro running Mac OSX 10.14.6, and an iPhone 8 running IOS 14.3. I have Reminders in the Reminders App on the iPhone which despite setting up the devices to center on my iCloud account, do not sync up with the Reminders App on the Mac Pro. I've scoured the forums which basically suggest that I make certain everything is point towards the iCloud account. Note: This only occurred when Apple made the switch in how Reminders were being handled... What am I doing wrong?

See - If your iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders won’t sync - Apple Support.
