iPhone XR beauty filter

I just got the iPhone XR yesterday and there is a beauty filter on the front camera that I cannot seem to turn off. I have looked it up and past information seems to be it would be taken out in updates but given they were over a year ago that can’t be correct. Anyone know how to turn it off?

Hi sarahr01,

We understand that the front-facing camera isn't working as expected. If the issue happens in 3rd party camera apps, but not in the built-in Camera app, you'd want to contact the app's developer support.

If you're seeing this in the Camera app as well, check out this link: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working. Also, you may find useful information in the steps here: Use camera modes on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Take care.
