"Access recording" in Zoom doesn't work

But could the problem be part of my bigger problem with Safari whereby a lot of websites simply won't open? ("Safari can't open the page... because Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server....") And sometimes just bits of webpages don't work, e.g. images don't load. I've already explored all available Zoom avenues to no avail.
