I'm trying to download the app Rummikub to my Macbook Air

I'm trying to download the app Rummikub to my Macbook Air. it says it's not available in the states? my friend just did it on her iPad. what's going on?

As a user of a chevrolet bolt ev I want to download the myChevrolet App. I’m a Dutch user of a 2019 Chevrolet Bolt EV and had till the end of December “OnStar” facilities. However these OnStar facilities end 9n the 31th of December 2020 In the USA the myChevrolet App is still effective and there are some parts of this App which I can still use in 2021. App Unavailability How can I purchase/download an app that is unavailable in my region? Particularly the Robot Home App for the Roomba Combo which was bought in Dublin. I am based in Manila. The robot is working fine but it would be best to pair it with the iRobot Home App. Thank you.

Many app developers make apps for iPhone, iPads, and Android devices but not for Mac or Windows computers. That app may be one of those.
