iPhone stuck on apple logo

I was trying to backup my info on my iPhone in my settings and while waiting for it to back up it was charging in the wall and it randomly turned off so I don't think it died, it showed a loading logo then turned off so I plugged it in with my other charger and it finally showed the white apple logo with black background and never turned on just stuck on the logo. I've tried the reboot, I've tried holding both volume buttons and power button to just restart it because I don't care if I lose anything I just want it to turn on, nothings working please help. I have not dropped it, no water damage, and no previous problems before this situation!!
