Status of claim for refund

Every time I go to status of claim it says something went wrong and knocks me out of the request.

Based on your post it sounds like you'd like to check the status of a iTunes Store refund. Is that right?


Please keep in mind it might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If the refund was already processed. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution. If you're not certain of the status you can reach out to the Apple ID Billing team using the support link below.
