Excel running slow on IPad

Hi Everyone, I have been experiencing problems with Excel on my ipad pro. I am running software version 14.3. I have had Microsoft 365 personal on my Ipad from the start and everything was working fine until about two months ago. When I have opened a spreadsheet there is a delay of up to 5 seconds before the cells respond to my touch or keypad input. I have the latest version of excel and have done a reset on the ipad but the problem has returned.

Please can someone help or advise who I should contact to help.
