teach homePod to listen music

good afternoon - is it possible to add skill to Siri like Alexa??

I want to listen to radio https://nowyswiat.online/jak-nas-sluchac/ which I can listen on my iPhone downloading app the same on apple tv but I can't listen to it on my HomePod mini

on Alexa, I can add skill and after saying "Alexa, open new world player" this radio is streamed on spiker.

also how I can set routines which after saying keyword it will do a bunch of stuff like :

tell me what :

weather forecast for today
read what I have in my calendar for today
and start playing some music

all above on my homePod mini

Ask Siri "Hey Siri What’s my update?” to hear a personal snapshot of your day that includes the news, weather, traffic, reminders, and calendar appointments.

For music it will play from these Audio Sources:

Apple Music
iTunes music purchases
iCloud Music Library with an Apple Music or iTunes Match subscription
Apple Music Radio or episodes on demand
Radio stations from TuneIn and iHeartRadio
Apple Podcasts
News briefings
AirPlay other content to HomePod mini from iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV or Mac
