AirPod Pro - Echo For Other Caller

I am continuing to have an echo for the other caller (they hear their voice echo back to them). I had this issue prior to the release of iOS 14, and had hoped the major update would fix this, but it has continued into 2021. I've tried turning off noise cancellation, using one pod, resetting the case, reconnecting devices, and I even shut down all WiFi and Bluetooth in my house as I had read someone at Apple saying it's an 'interference issue'. Same result despite all of these things. Frequency is every other day for the whole day of calls.

Any other ideas for resolution as I think I've covered every option of troubleshooting?
