How to reset iPhone SE with no computer...

I'm asking this for a friend who is snowed in and in a power outage in Spokane...

For some unknown reason, her iPhone SE (orig) greeted with the Hello/Ola screen (as when new), but it's also asking for a 4-digit numerical password. When she inputs the number the phone buzzes and tells her to retry. Of course the phone keeps rejecting her --because she keeps inputting in the same digits-- and the increasing the intervals between allowed attempts. Because she is in the middle of a 4 day power outage she can't use the computer.

Is there any way she can reset/restore the phone without the use of a computer? Remember, she cannot access her Settings/Preferences screens (or any other screens). No computer, no Find My Phone, nothing...

Thanks...

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Basically she is out of luck. Living in a remote area myself (Spokane is not at all considered remote), we experience blackouts often so most here rely on backup generators for power. Is it possible that she has one?

Without power, and access to the Internet, it will be impossible for her to restore her phone. Sorry.
