When I run a VirtualBox I have this problem, I try restart the system but I can't fix it.

Correction, VirtualBox 6.1.16 is compatible with Big Sur but not on an M1 Mac. If you are using an Intel Mac, check on the VirtualBox forums for support.

Do you know of another virtual machine that is? I've tried VMWare fusion and that didn't seem to work either
No virtualization software is compatible with an M1 Mac at this time. Parallels Desktop is supposed to be beta testing something.
