VirtualBox error

Hi,

I have macbook air 2018 (BigSur ver 11.3) and cannot run WIndows 8.1 on virtual machine (Virtual Box ver 6.1.22. It worked well before. I am fighting this problem over a month, maybe more. I hoped the latest actualization will help, but doesnt helped.

Error is the following:

The VM session was aborted.

Result Code:

NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)

Component:

SessionMachine

Interface:

ISession {c0447716-ff5a-4795-b57a-ecd5fffa18a4}

I`ve tried many of founded solutions, but nothing works for me :-(

  • many times reinstaled Virtual Box
  • tried older version of Virtual Box
  • disabled SIP / enabled SIP
  • cleared SIP (reset to factory setings)
  • tried to create new VM

notthing helps, allways the same error
