We got an Apple TV 4K last April. My one year free subscription to Apple TV runs out in April. My wife bought a new iPhone in December and got an email saying she had one year of free Apple TV. How do I redeem her offer rather than lose mine in April? Thanks

You can’t redeem someone else’s offer. She has to redeem within 3 months though. Apple TV+ one year offer - Terms and conditions - Apple
You both can watch on her account though, after yours expires. Set up multiple users on Apple TV - Apple Support
You can both enjoy a shared subscription with Family Sharing, but that may be complicated as you already have redeemed this offer for yourself, and there is a limit of one time for Family Sharing groups.
