Thank you for the response haruto24!
Does this occur with a specific contact? We ask to help us isolate the issue as it could be on the contact's end. If this occurs with all contacts, let's turn off FaceTime on all devices in Settings > FaceTime, restart all of your devices, and turn FaceTime back on.
Keep us posted!
The same problem keeps happening I can see and hear them but they can’t see me but they can hear me. What should I do?
The problem only happens with 1 person.
Hey there haruto24,
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having some issues with video and audio when making a FaceTime call. We're happy to provide some assistance.
Have you tried a different internet connection? Check out this helpful resource under the "If you have connection or sound quality issues with FaceTime" section:
If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue persists, this may seem like a simple step, but have you restarted your device? Restarting your device can resolve unexpected issues. Take a look here on how to restart your iPhone:
If the issue persists after that, let us know if this occurs with multiple contacts or a specific contact to help isolate this issue.
We hope this helps.
Have a great day!
