FaceTime I can see the person but they can’t see me

Does this occur with a specific contact? We ask to help us isolate the issue as it could be on the contact's end. If this occurs with all contacts, let's turn off FaceTime on all devices in Settings > FaceTime, restart all of your devices, and turn FaceTime back on.
