iPad Notes

In notes I created too many sub folders with the same notes. Can I delete a sub folder without losing the notes in the other folders?

Before making any changes, create a backup of your Notes.

Then follow the instructions provided in this support page:--> Search and organize your notes in folders on iPad - Apple Support

I'm using iPad OS 14.3 and iPhone 7 14.3 ; version 10.3.9 .

Open the notes app > the first screen " folders " > edit > tap the sub folder " … " ( 3 dots in a circle ) > a menu appears with the choice to delete > done . The other sub folders including their notes remain the same . 📝
