Guarantee service

The country in which you purchase your device will determine the guarantee period and terms applied. In general, most Apple devices have a limited one year warranty.

If you elect to purchase AppleCare+ coverage, if available in the country of purchase, AppleCare+ cover is limited to the country/territory in which it is purchased. For example, for a device purchased in the EU with AppleCare+, you have the following benefits:

1) The Apple one-year limited warranty - valid in all countries in which Apple has formal Sales presence.

2) A full two-year warranty under EU law - valid in any EU member state.

3) AppleCare+ extended protection - valid in any EU member state.

If purchased outside the EU, a claim made within the EU is restricted to Apple’s one year limited Warranty.
