Having multiple issues with an iphone SE (2020)?

I am trying to help a family member with an iphone SE (2020) that is having multiple issues. After logging into the appleid account with Safari, the payment and shipping screen can not be accessed. The error Payment Information unavailable keeps showing up. From the iphone, I tried deleting the payment method and adding again, but the error still shows. Also, the appleid account can not be accessed from the pc through a browser. I tried my own account on the same pc and the account can log in. Also, the App Store does not show recent update history.

For the phone, some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
