Iphone XR App Refreshing
I recently changed to an Iphone XR . The apps are continuously reloading. I have turned off the background app refresh and restarted the phone but that didn't seem to change anything.

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question.
Does this happen with just Safari or all apps?
Are there any apps this isn't happening with?
Does this happen on Wi-Fi or just cellular data?
