AirPods Pro won’t stay in ears

Airpods Pro keep falling out of my ears!

I just got Airpods Pro and they will not stay in my ears for more than a minute or so. I feel them start creeping and I know I have only a second or two before they seem to start slipping out. I have tried every size tip and they all do the same thing. The fit test says they are fitting correctly. I paid a lot for these headphones & I expect a better product from Apple. I assume that when I’m buying from Apple & paying a premium, that I’m getting a premium product. The sound quality is very good...but seriously, why does that matter if the earbud will not stay in your ear. The sound is really bad when the earbud is on the floor after slipping out. I’m assuming Apple expects the earbud to be in my actual ear.(this is obviously meant to be read with sarcasm). If I don't find a fix I'm going to have to return them as they are basically unusable. Can we please get a reasonable fix for this issue? Is a resolution in progress at all?
