How do you change Kgs to Ibs and cms to feet and inches on a series 6 iwatch? In the health app on the iPhone the measurements are in lbs and feet and inches but this is not the case on the watch.

In the settings app on the watch
Tap on workout,scroll down to the very bottom and tap on units of measure and change your units here.
