Why my Mac has com.pixelmatorteam folder in Library?

I have seen a folder com.pixelmatorteam folder under Library (/Users/USERNAME/Library/tiral). I have never installed any pixelmater products on my Mac. I have tried deleting this folder but it has been keep appearing again and again.

Any body have any idea why this folder is being created all the time. Is it part of Mac Photos App?

I'm using "App Cleaner and Uninstaller Software which finds this and of files on Mac.

Please check the screenshot attached.

Did you perhaps install a Pixelmator trial on a previous Mac? The files may have been migrated when you set up your current Mac from an older Time Machine backup.

The files installed in the library by of Pixelmator 3.9.2 (the version I am using) are looking slightly different:

I am seeing these files created by Pixelmator - most of them are support folders for the Photo Editing extensions created for Photos for Mac.
