I can’t get the +Add button to show up when I want to download an album. Help!

Just checked. I HAVE Apple Music app. Still can’t find the ADD button.
What do I do to get the Add button to show up? So far, I pull up an album I want to download and all I get is prices. Then I get charged for albums AND for monthly membership.
