Yup. You can use "copy link" from the iTunes Store, but the link takes them to Apple Music, not to the Store. Only if they click the footnote "also available in the iTunes Store" do they get into the Store where they can buy downloads. I cannot speak to why Apple designed it this way. The Store does not have links like that. You can direct your customers to the Apple Music page, and ask them to click on "also available in the iTunes Store."
