"assistantd wants to use the 'login_renamed_1' keychain" continuously popping up on Mac, login password not recognized

So I recently opened "login_renamed_1.keychain" in ~/Library/Keychains (just exploring), and now random system apps (especially "assistantd") keep asking for the password to the "login_renamed_1" keychain, and all the passwords to all the user accounts on my Mac are incorrect, so I can't unlock it. I even tried my Apple ID password. No luck.

I have searched the web, but no luck. I have migrated my account, if that helps.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Help!
