Migrate data from old iPhone to new iPhone

hi,

I have problem continue in payment method from Apple ID (chossen None), My email is: Example1 and Example2. It said "for assistance, contact iTunes support at www.apple.com/support/ww/ "

Several times I tried to fill data in that page, but can't continue. because it still written "for assistance, contact iTunes support at www.apple.com/support/ww/ "

And I want to migrate data from two old iphone A 7 B to two new Iphone A & B. So I sync iphone A in Itunes with email A, but then sync other iphone B in iTunes with Email B.. but itunes sync with Email A.. so photos A placed in iphone B which must not to iphone B..

Also questions when verifying. But I forget many of questions. How fix it?

How to get photos B from old iphone B to new Iphone B without through notebook/PC?

How to sign up to get @icloud.com.. I am so confused.
