Can't send an email but message said it's in my Outbox. I am on a laptop but don't see Outbox. Where is it located?

MS-Outlook has an Outbox. It is usually located near the top of the email folders, often higher up than the In Box, for instance.
If you are using Apple Mail, the equivalent of an Outbox is called "Drafts."
Try to do a search for the emails in Mail and see if you can find them. Their location will be shown as indicated in this screenshot:
Who is your email provider?
Are you using Mail as your email client? If so there is no Outbox, it's called Sent:
The two messages I wrote are not in my sent box. Where could they be. Message said Outbox but you have indicated I do have an Outbox
What email client are you using? When and where do you see the message about the OutBox?
