I purchased pack in the sims mobile and now it’s gone.

I had purchased a pack in the sims mobile game and it charged my bank card, but didn’t load on the game. I restated the game, removed the game. Spoke to EA support. I still have received a confirmation email from apple, it says it’s pending on the app purchases. I don’t know what else to do?
