huion Kamvas 13 tablet pen snaps to upper left corner

I purchased the Huion Kamvas 13 and have a Mac book with Os Big Sur ver. 11.1 

I have good visual on the tablet but the pen jumps to the upper corner. I had this problem with the Driver_14.5.0.201120 after attempting multiple times to unistall and reinstall the software, this version does not allow the pen to work at all. I tried Calibrating the pen everytime but it jumps to the left corner of the screen and attempts to open the apple menu. I have allotted all the permissions that Mac has and still no change. 

I tried the older huion drivers Driver_14.4.5.201030 & Driver_14.4.5.200611, neither of which work. 

I have also attempted the Driver_15.2.5.464_beta driver which gives me the same issue of jumping to the upper left corner when the pen is applied to the screen. Calibration does not seem to be accessible. 

I have changed the pen tip since it is a battery free pen, tried different tips and the pen still moves only to the far upper left of the screen. 

I have been through every resource i can find and have not found an explanation or solution for this occurrence. I have been at this for a couple of weeks now and still no solution.
