System Preferences

Why can't I Unlock system preferences? I have the Right Name and Password. So, please help. I even got the app from the mac app store instead of online.

I am the admin by the way.

What do you mean you got the app from the App Store, what app?

System Preferences comes as part of the OS.

You need to use the password of the account you are logged into at the time.
