Cardio Fitness not updating...?

I'm greatly puzzled about why the Health App does not show updated Cardio Fitness levels? Reading the documentation; it states that doing an Outdoor Walk (using your Apple Watch) should produce data in the cardio fitness section.

Unfortunately, this does not really work as per my experience. I have been doing several outdoor walks using the watch. I've even run (using Nike Run Club) with the same watch several times.

What is the reason the Cardio Fitness level is not updated...? Any clues...?

From what we understand, it sounds like you would like to be notified of your cardio fitness levels when you are working out with your Apple Watch. We understand your concern and would like to give you some tips to help.

To start, do you have Cardio Fitness set up on your devices? To check, look here for steps: Set up Cardio Fitness Levels

If you have it set up, let's make sure that your Apple Watch is calibrated for accuracy: Calibrating your Apple Watch for improved Workout and Activity accuracy
