Hi,
in a previous discussion (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250090975), it was suggested to create a templates mailbox to store email templates. The method used there was to create an email draft and choose to resend that stored email in order to use it as an email template.
My question is: Is there a way to set up an email template that gets loaded automatically whenever the user wants to start a new email (from scratch)?

email templates have been gone for sometime in Apple Mail.app
I do see similar reference to you line of questioning

Did you look for a third party alternative...(?)
