I have set up some shortcuts to open apps however whenever I tap them to open when the app opens there’s this banner comes up and sits in the way for a while, how do I get rid of it?

Hi there Boonette_,
We understand you're seeing notifications when using the Shortcuts app on your iPhone, and we'd like to share a resource that can help.
Check it out here: Use the Show Notification action in a shortcut
You can learn more about the Shortcuts app here: Shortcuts User Guide
Cheers!

Boonette_,
Thanks for those additional details.
Next, head to Settings > Screen Time > See All Usage > Notifications > Shortcuts. You should then see the option to disable notifications.
This page may also help: Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Hi,
Thank you for that, that helped me get the shortcuts in the notification option but even with me turning the notifications off it still allows for the banner to drop down
Hi,
I have previously tried this however it’s still not registering those banners as notifications
Boonette_,
Thanks for sharing that information.

Take care.
I found a solution! Go to screen time and click on Shortcuts. Then click "Add Limit"
And set the limit to 1min. If the app is under a limit it doesn't allow notifications but still runs commands.
