ApplePay verification email is old and not updated

My apple id email EVERYWHERE is correct and updated but when I go to add a cc to my ApplePay it is using a VERY old email and I can't fix it. If I go into Applepay the email that is selected there is correct but when I verify it is not the same email. where can I fix this?
