My apple id email EVERYWHERE is correct and updated but when I go to add a cc to my ApplePay it is using a VERY old email and I can't fix it. If I go into Applepay the email that is selected there is correct but when I verify it is not the same email. where can I fix this?

When you go to settings>Wallet & Apple Pay>transaction defaults>email - is it correct there?
Yes. It is only wrong when I go to add a née card and they have to authenticate it. It wants to email my old email.
ApplePay verification email is old and not updated
