how to make your apple pencil work
I tried all the trouble shootings, but it won't charge. What else can you do?
It's so expensive I can't afford to buy a new one.

If the battery was down to 0, then it may not recover. The batteries in the pencils are too tiny to hold any “extra” charge. If it is still under warranty, check with Apple. There isn’t anything else you can do except make sure it is at least partially charged at all times.
