Automate outside lights for sunset to sunrise?

Can the HomeKit suite of solutions allow me to install compatible outside lights that can be scheduled on from sunset to sunrise?

Scheduling lights in HomeKit I would like to schedule some lights to come on when anyone arrives home between 23:00 and 06:00 (already done this bit), BUT I want the lights to go off after 30 minutes or 1 hour. So when anyone comes in the lights come on to guide them through a space then turn off. is there a way to do this or is this feature on the drawing board for future updates?

Routines using Homekit I am going on vacation and I want to set up a routine with my lights using HomeKit. Do I need to set up a home hub for that? I don’t need to control the routine remotely. I’m okay with just setting it up and leaving it alone.
