I have a screen time passcode that was never set by me (i am sole owner) . Have followed instructions to try and reset but it is not working. Apple advice is to erase phone and start again, but instructions they provided for that are also not working. any advice?

If you had this iPhone for a long time, it may be the restrictions passcode from years ago. Or if you’re in a Family group, perhaps someone else set it.
