The iphone could not be restore an unkown error occurred (9).

What can I try to repair my iphone X. It stopped working with it stuck on apple. Tried hard reset and restores with no success. When try restore it gives me "The iphone could not be restore an unkown error occurred (9)." Took to ATT and they suggest the restore through recovery which gave me the error.
