18W charger strange noise

Hi,

I just bought a fast charger 18W for my iPhone 11. When I plug it it makes a high pitched noise for 5-6 seconds and then it stop and when my charge is full then the sound is back on. I checked other same chargers but they don’t do this sound.Is it harmful for my iPhone ?

If no help, and you just bought the 18W charger, you should return it and get this one:

20W USB-C Power Adapter - iPhone Accessories
