Defect on iPhone 12 Pro Max

About a week ago I bought your product in a store in Russia, namely the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Immediately after unpacking the phone, I found an unpleasant defect - there is a blob of paint or an air bubble on the back cover under the glass. I can't go to the store where I bought it because it is in another country, and this is not store fault, it is Apple's fault. How can you help me?
