difficulty with Apple Store Brazil

I have some difficulties with Apple Store Brazil. I received my new Iphone 13 Pro Max with a scratch in the back, and since October 27th I am trying to substitute it but there is no solution from Apple Brazil. Is it possible to get some support from Apple USA?

No. If you bought it in Brazil and you are in Brazil, you can only rectify the issue in Brazil.
