Error Code -16 OneDrive can't download "filename"

I recently started to receive messages that I can't open files from OneDrive downloaded on my desktop. The status bar is frozen to 0 KB and it gives me a message that I can't download it with error code -16. Any idea if it's a Mac issue or a OneDrive issue? I have recently updated my mac to Big Sur 11.1 and I never had that problem with OneDrive before. Also downloading anything from the browser (Safari or Chrome) that has to open on a Word document or any other Microsoft app is very slow, since it passes by OneDrive.
