Refund

Dear all, good evening! I have unsubscribed before the trial version was expired and then checked my subscriptions in App Centre on Iphone. It was alright. A little bit later I got a message that my subscription was renewed.. but I m sure its a technical mistake. I did not plan to use it again because now I use a Photoshop. Kindly ask you to check and send me a refund. I have a financinal problem and could not afford to pay for it. I have no money on the card and cancelled the subscription but when money appeared- you charged me:( Hope for your understanding. Many thanks in advance. Katerina

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
